Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are intended exclusively for use in booking stays in guest rooms at the Domaine de la Briouse, located in Sanxay. Under no circumstances may these terms and conditions be used for non-tourist purposes.

Reception Rooms

5.6. The use of sound equipment must comply with current regulations and must not disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.
Article 6 - Cleaning and refurbishment
6.1. The tenant is required to return the premises clean and in good condition.
6.2. A cleaning fee of €400 may be charged if the room is not returned in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.
6.3. Waste must be sorted and disposed of by the tenant in accordance with the instructions provided.
Article 7 - Liability and insurance
7.1. The tenant is liable for any damage caused to the premises, equipment or third parties during the rental period.
7.2. A certificate of civil liability insurance covering
