Set in the heart of a 22-hectare park, you can discover the guest rooms, holiday cottages and event rooms offered by the Domaine de la Briouse.

In this 19th century bourgeois propertyth century, you can take advantage of the "naturalist" decor and the comfort offered by the 5 guest rooms.
The rooms have all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. You'll love the large, bright rooms, top-of-the-range bedding and spacious bathrooms.
Every morning you can enjoy a continental breakfast, served either indoors or outdoors between 7am and 10am.
Charming Gîtes can accommodate from 4 to 10 people, completely renovated, offering a haven of peace, nature and comfort.
Your event at the Domaine
In addition to accommodation, the Domaine de la Briouse offers your professional or family events create an unforgettable moment of sharing in a "bucolic-chic" setting with our 2 rooms of 250m² with its latest generation equipment (scheduled to open in 2023).
You'll be staying in Sanxay, just a few kilometres from Lusignan between Poitiers and Niort. The A10 motorway is only 10 minutes away via junction 31.
During this stay, young and old alike will be delighted to discover the life of the animals on the farm: roosters, hens, ducks, geese, rabbits, horses, cows, cats and dogs; the pleasures of our vegetable garden and fruit trees.
Discovering Poitou
Come and discover our region by bike, on foot or on horseback, with itineraries at your disposal. You're close to the must-see attractions of the Vienne and at the gateway to the Deux Sèvres to discover :
- In Vienna : The Gallo-Roman site of Sanxay, the Futuroscope, La Vallée des Singes, Notre Dame la Grande church and the must-see sites in Poitiers, Saint-Savin Abbey, Château de la Mothe-Chandeniers...
- In Deux Sèvres : The Marais Poitevin, Niort: its historic districts, museums, the Château d'Oiron...
